DATA CONTROLLER / DATA PROCESSOR
Under the European General Data Protection Regulation (”GDPR”), we are the Data Controller of our direct Customers’ Personal Data, and certain types of User’s Personal Data.
The Data of which we are deemed as a Controller, consists of profile, and contact details, usage, preferences, engagement and analytics data. In addition, we are the Controller of the data which is being collected in our promotional Website.
